We are a country with a tropical climate, located in the northern part of South America. We are surrounded by beautiful seas, such as the Caribbean Sea (to the north) and the Atlantic Ocean (to the east).

We are brothers from two neighboring countries: Brazil (to the south) and Colombia (to the southwest and west). They say that our country has a woman's name and that in turn we are the mixture of different races, hence the beauty and variety of those of us who were born here.

3 reasons to love my country Venezuela

Surely most of them will tell you that we are a country with natural riches, an excellent climate, with special traditions in which each state (or province as it is known in other countries) has a lot of variety.

My country has suffered a before and after, many are the inhabitants who have gone looking for new beginnings, however I will tell you about 3 reasons to continue here, loving my country.

I am a witness of that before and after Venezuela, there have been 20 years of learning and today I can tell you about 3 reasons to continue loving my country.

1.- Wealth:

---

One thing I have learned is the ability to value our resources. We have them (and many) but thinking that they will last forever has made us more spendy and unprepared.

The wealth of the Venezuelan is in sharing good moments that we used to see as something unspoken.

We are still a country where we can visit a friend, sit down to watch a sunset, travel with little money and enjoy the beach because it is free.

Our wealth is in the smiles and in the freedom to be who we want to be, there are no limitations if you are born a woman or a man, if you are part of a religion or not, if you are a professional or if you decided not to study.

The economic crisis we are experiencing collapsed classism, we are all equal and we can need anyone.

We have valued the simplest occupation or the most successful professional. (Here to advance you must do it accompanied).

2.- Reinvent yourself:

Another reason that makes me love my country is the ability that many of us have developed to discover ourselves. We can be and do anything.

You can be a university professional and at the same time a specialist in preparing desserts to have extra income.

Each of us can cross the barrier of roles. Parents can take care of their children if it is the wife who works, women can help their husbands and work side by side.

3.- Reaffirm:

This virtue is very beautiful "to reaffirm oneself as a Venezuelan" is to admit oneself to be different and special.

We are the ones who laugh even in our darkest moments, the ones who have faith in the creator (and you can call it whatever you want because it is not an option to fight for religion).

Reaffirming yourself as a Venezuelan is wanting to do things well (however simple they may be).

Reaffirming brings together several concepts that make us withstand the harshest of crises: re-consider, re-plan, re-evaluate, renew.

I assure you that any Venezuelan who really loves the country will have these characteristics.

And now it's my turn to narrate 3 changes that me would like to make stronger in my country.

I could say that each of them are related, I would like each Venezuelan to make these changes a daily practice, the ultimate goal would be to make us better personally and collectively.

1.- Individual commitment:

In my country there are no liberators or heroes who will save our lives, will fix our problems for us and will be able to make the country work. Absolutely not!

Each of us is that hero who will make a difference. We are already a free nation and the times of battles ended with our ancestors.

That is why the commitment is individual, we cannot wait for the Government to take care of us because we would become a financial and cultural weight.

Each of us should have the inner strength to give the best of ourselves.

2.- Collective Consciousness:

If we practice individual commitment we can form a unison collective consciousness. To be a single force.

Perhaps many of those who emigrated did so because they thought it would take a long time to change the conformist consciousness that "father government" should support us.

However, in that discovery of what we are beyond a profession, many Venezuelans have found alternatives even when the options were reduced.

Every time we must be more what we think that we are the solution.

3.- Constancy:

It takes a lot of perseverance not to give up, to stay focused on things that can improve, I would like Venezuelans to make these changes, impatience and easy things will not last long.

I would like every Venezuelan who continues betting that Venezuela is the country where we should be to be sufficiently constant in spiritual strength to achieve those changes and the progress that we deserve.
