ASALAMOALIKUM,
How are you my steemit family hope you are doing great in your life and enjoying positive vibes.i m also good.hello karachicities the weather was going to changed by the grace of almighty allah the cold wind is blowing in morning.let,s begin with my dairy.

MORNING:

I wakeup at 5:00 a.m with the sound of alaram and did wudhu and offered fajar namaz and recite surah yaseen and quran i sit on the prayer matt for some time because ALLAH has promised us to fullfill all our wishes at the fajar time and it is our duty to perform five time namaz in a day the first question ask to all muslims at the day of judgement was namaz.after that i went on the roof and walk for some time and listen the sounds of birds the birds also do prayer of ALLAH and told that no one has supreme power except ALLAH. as all day i took some rest after namaz but i decided to did laundry today because my maid not coming now a days so i did my all household work. then i wakeup my husband for office and i made paratha my daughter also wakeup we had breakfast together my husband went for office and i cleanup my kitchen and house 🏠 my daughtr play with their toys and my mother gave a cradle to my daughter as a gift she was very happy and enjoying a lot.

AFTERNOON:

In noon i performed zuhar prayers and recite quran and had a lunch i did, not make any thing in lunch because i use my left over food which keep in fridge

After having lunch i helped my daughter's in doing her homework and learn some oral syllabus which was given by school 🏫 at that rime the vegetable seller and i bought some vegetables tomato's,green chilli and peas aftr finish my all work we both take some rest.

DAILY SUPPLEMENTS:

My gynaecologist suggest me to have a one cal c 1000mg in a day and a vitamin tablet per day because after my daughter birth i feel weaknes and joint pain so my doctor recommend me to take these supplement calcium and vitamin d is very essential for our health and bones. We are not able to meet the amount of calcium and vitamins our body needs through food.feuits are the good source of calcium and vitamins but i m not too fond of fruit so i take supplements.

EVENING:

At 4 :00 clock i drop my daughter at her turion after that i use my mobile and watch some recipes on you tube i love to watch food fusion channel on youtube i learn cooking and try some of recepies at 6:00 clock i pick up my daughter then i made tea and buy french fries 🍟 then perforn asar prayer

NIGHT:

In night i decided to make dal chawal and kabab and fry mirch so i go in kitchen and prepare all things At 8:00 clock my husband come home from office the dinner was almost ready just yhe salad was left soni quickly made salad and my husband also call me for finner because he was hungry i click some pictures of food now the dinner was ready we had dinner and my husband like food and appreciate me after dinner my daughter wants to eat ice cream and 🍰 cake so my husband went to a bakery and brought both things

We enjoying dinner and cake 🍰 then i cleanup my kitchen and and perform esha prayers and it,s 11 pm now i m feeling tired and write my dairy on steemit my husband and daughter going for sleep i also felt asleep after my daughter it,s all about my buzy day hope you like my dairy see you all in my next post wish you a good luck and healthy life ameen.
