Very true @smithlabs, I looked up the Roosevelt dime and the bust is similar.

I guess one old guy looks like another old guy, LOL!

Here is one from 1964, I bought for silver; that was in very good shape:

There were twenty of so that looked new, but were silver (pre 1965); so I set those aside.

Thanks for showing it to me.

Right back at you, I enjoyed your coin too. So much fun to stack them in! I have found several in change, and That is a good day.

Silver coins here are valued at 25 times their face value, so this dime is worth $2.50 today. Is it about the same there?

A stay blessed, and keep on stacking!

Hi @smithlabs. In stores silver coins have no collectible value and are bought by weight; one gram is approximately 2,000,000 bolivars (US$ 0.75). The silver bolivar in the photograph would cost 10,000,000 bolivars (US$ 3.73).

On the internet it is very variable, partly because its collectible value is taken into account. The 1 bolivar silver coin of the photograph can cost approximately between 10,000,000 and 20,000,000 bolivars (US$ 3.73 and 8) in relation to its face value. They could also pay up to US$ 10.

The Venezuelan currency is the cheapest in the world.

Inflation is hard to deal with! Here liberals are now in charge, and they are doing their best to catch up with yours on inflation. Prices here are beginning to climb due to high spending, where they are trying to buy votes.

This last 'election' they found it easier to simply stuff the ballot box with fake votes, but vote spending continues. Bad habits are hard to break....

These coins are comparable, I looked last night, and the roosevelt dimes are in the $3 range as silver climbs with inflation.

Stay safe, and keep stacking silver...it is real money!

The roosevelt dimes are only 2.5 grams of silver, so your coin is heavier. It's always good to have some silver stacked!

Yes, it is real money. Thanks for all your comments.

I enjoy the @silvergoldstacker group here, I get to see a lot of unusual coins and bullion pours. I am thinking about pouring some myself.

Stay safe my friend!
