To answer that business is great or a job, first of all, we should learn what is Job and Business.

Job:

Job is regular work that a person does to earn money but the money can only be withdrawn at the end of the month (Salary). It could be a full-time/part-time/permanent/temporary job.

Business:

Business is something where you can start something on your own and you will be the boss in business you can get more profit than the job. It could be anything from a small thing to a large like from a shop to a shopping cart.

Advantages Of Job

Job has regular paychecks like every month you will receive money in the form of a salary.
Jobs have health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and many more.
Through jobs, you can have a healthy routine and have great skills.
Engaging with your collagenous is very fun and through this, you can create great relationships
Jobs keep you updated and give you the chance to learn new things and much more.
A job helps you gain the experience that makes your resume worthy.

Disadvantages Of Job

In a job, you are restricted to the rules and regulations of the company.
It disturbs your time like a job makes you overburden day by day.
It can lead to stress because it can get your family time, fun, and much more.
It has fixed salaries, it's very hard for men to run their houses,s, etc on these fixed salaries.
In a job, you can be fired at any time by the boss and your salary will be stopped so it's a great risk in the job.
In some jobs, we can see that there are tasks that are repeated and are very boring to do every day.

In business, you are the owner and you will have the potential to earn more money as compared to a job.
In business, you have the right to make your own decisions and can make your schedule.
In business, you can hire employees by creating jobs for them which will have a good impact on society.
Through business, you can build your wealth with time.
In a job, there is no fixed salary and you can generate so much money.
Business challenges you to learn new skills, solve problems, and much more.
In business, you can try something new and be creative because everything is in your hands cuz you are the boss.

Disavantages Of Business

In business, there can be a risk of losing money if the business does not succeed.
At first, you have to make some investments to run a business.
Obtaining investors for new business is very challenging.
In business, there is always competition with other businesses which is very challenging.

Better Is Business:

In short, I like business alot. as it has great advantages. In this world, 25% of the world GDP is only with 3 Businessmen that's not a small sentence it has a deep idea.
