What is the better opinion Business or job ?

Salam everyone!

Hope y'all are doing great and achieving big successes. Everyone has their big dreams and goals which they want to accomplish in life. Some decides to serve others and get paid for their service while on the other hand some prefer having their freedom and ruling others. I am not saying this to hurt someone but in my point of view business has more plus points and we're all asked to share our opinions.

DISCUSSING WHETHER JOB IS BETTER OR BUSINESS

As mentioned above I have a liking for business but this doesn't say 9-5 jobs are any less. Everyone has his own preferences. First we'll discuss positive and negative points of both; securing a job and owning a business. But before starting the debate first let me make it clear to everyone that both requires skills and a mindset. A businessman mindset can not accept a job and vice versa.

➡️If we talk about it's positive side there are many favorable reasonings:

1. An entrepreneur gets a chance to prove his ideas and skills.
2. You don't need a degree or any license to start your own business.
3. Businessman has more flexible office hours then job person.
4. Nowadays starting your business is very easy. You can do Instagram marketing or develop a website. Moreover you can always invest in drop shipping.
5. You can take your work anywhere with you. Also me need for a dress code.

➡️It also has some drawbacks as illustrated below.

1. Business requires an investment and not everyone can arrange this huge sum of money so obviously it becomes difficult.
2. A businessman has a way lot more duties than a job holder. He not online has to look after things but also his employees.

➡️ Talking about it's pros there are many of them.

1. Job holder can always leave his job if he is not satisfied with it.
2. He has fixed timing so he's free after work and can spend quality time with family.
3. He can make alot of money if he's professional in his skills.

➡️Cons of doing a 9-5 job are:

1. You literally becomes slave to your boss or other leading staff.
2. You don't get the chance to express any idea other then your work related.
3. This tires a man this much that they become regular insomnia and diabetes patient.

MY VIEWPOINT ON THIS

I'd prefer owning a business rather then securing a job if I have to. As it gives to a chance to glow in your shiny armor and gleam to power. I also have many businesses ideas in my mind out of which some are online and can be managed from home. If in future I'd have to make money I'd always go for business side and maybe would own a bakery or something.

We have come to know that nothing is more or less it just requires a mindset that needs to be understand properly.
