What is the better opinion Business or job ?

According to my opinion I think that Job employment is better than Business employment.

Job Employment vs. Business Ownership

I have a perspective which is that If you are rich enough to do a business Be my guest and and earn as much as you like.
The thing is that business is something risky, time concerning ,money investment and what not other factors.
On the other hand if you talk about job employment it focus on skill development, lowers risks , and no money investments.

Business is where you are working for yourself. It is a long term efforts which last for years and even decades.
Where ease Job is something where you simply have to work for others.

Each of the two types of employment have there own merits and demerits which I would like to discuss:

Merits:

Job employment have a lot of advantages over Entrepreneurship or Business employment.
Some advantages are as follow:

• If you are simply looking for a job you will have monthly income .
• If the company you are working at is in great loss ,still you will be provided with your income which is not the same for business employment.
• You really don't need to focus on investing money anywhere. You simply get the work done and you will be paid.
• Many firms and company provide employees with fuel allowance, Medical, Child care support ,Paid leaves, Free trips and Bonus according to performance.
• You will get to learn a lot of things and tools of your field and more over your presentation, communication skills will increase.
• A chance to learn a life time skill which you can further use in freelancing or other paid tasks as well.
• A chance to excel in your career.

These were some advantages of Job employments, Further more talking about the demerits are as follow:

De Merits:

• Un limited work load and pressure.
• Hectic corporative life.
• Working day and night for some one else.
• A limited Amount of Income.

Merits:

Business employment have some advantages over Job employment. Some advantages are as follow:

• Unlimited Income.
• Working For yourself.
• You are your own boss and you have control at each and everything.
• NO deadlines nothing. You do according to your will what suits for the business.
• You will develop time management and entrepreneur ship skills which is much needed for growth of any business.
• Through creative ideas and innovation you can enhance your business on other domains and countries as well.
• A chance to travel to promote business.
• A chance to do collaboration with other foreign brands as well.

De Merits:

• A lot of risks of both money and time.
• Business requires a lot of patience .t even take 10 to 12 years to excel and start seeing profits in your business.
• A lot of workload and responsibility. Once the business start to shine.
• Be mentally prepared for Business loss .

My Opinion

As you have already seen now how job employment provides a lot of benefits to us. I think that securing a good job will help you excel in your field and career which is much needed for every employ. It will provide you with perks and benefits and more over you will enhance your interpersonal skills as well.
