Camel Pose – How To Do It And How It Works
This is a great back bend and very beautiful. You can do this pose along with other poses in the morning. But if you can't arrange the time in the morning, the evening is also great.

How to do camel pose
Sit on your feet, hands on your thighs, then stand on your knees, hands next to your hips
Make sure your knees are shoulder-width apart, insteps touching the floor

Gently grab your leg with your hand and keep it straight
Keep your neck up, don't lean left or right
Hold the pose for about 30-60 seconds before you do the next relaxed pose
