Army Building Guide From a Player Rated Over 300
Hello everyone, and welcome to the another installment of my series of guides. This guide try's to cover the common pitfalls of certain armies and give a guide on how to construct an army. This guide isn't as long as my last one due to an attempt at keeping it relatively brief. However I may revisit this later if there is sufficient demand. You forgot kingslayer strats. As someone who's account just got wiped for no reason I can understand kingkiller strategies crush beginners. If this guide is intended for new players which is how I interpreted it, you should probably mention those lines and the borderline cheating power of poison mage.
To be clear I do not believe kingkiller and poison mage are actually good, they just crush new players so a guide for new players should probably include them. If this is supposed to be a easy to understand wikipedia style article on armies and metas please ignore my input.
The angle I was trying to go for was mid level strategy to be worthwhile enough for anyone to read so I didn't cover all of the low level tactics as my guides seek to give newish players the knowledge to be able to push their gameplay past the poisonmage, firewall, phalanx. The points you make are valid and I should probably make a new player guide talking exclusively about bot farming, basics being better than ultras, etc.
Phalanx is good, the use case is small and the play needs to be careful but it's niche is real and it's good in it.
