NEW UNIT: ILLUSIONIST

This unit introduces the often-requested omniswap ability, which functions as teleswap but allows displacing enemy units as well. The Illusionist also creates Illusions when teleporting to an empty location, and is able to swap places with any ally Illusion within augment range.

The Illusion itself retains omniswap, does not block ally movement, and vanishes when its value reaches 0 from decay, or when targeted by any enemy ability.
