Craft Book

I think this is worth the try though paper is not super expensive it's an extra bill to pay. We haven't bought it for a very long time. Interesting fact is if you decide no longer to buy notebools, post-it, envelopes and paper for the printer you learn to live without.
More people should do that, there's plenty to write on if you look around you (old envelopes, notes, napkins, paper something has been wrapped in).
Like said it's not that paper is super expensive but there's no need to buy it but if Action is the shop to be if you like to craft. We have one in the village (you never guessed my mom asked for it LOL because they always ask for locations and with us many shops are abandoned. They didn't answer back then but as the supermarket left they... arrived! Pity of the supermarket since it was the best we had, friendly people but also weekly discounts. We still miss it.
Our family has been creative for years we made presents though we became de motivated as the lockdowns started (separated as well) and we all became more focused on our hobbies and next to that we all alwlays run out of time. I'm not sure if we pick up on DIY gifts but we might. Our gifts are never 1 hour project more like a few weeks.

The flipbook I remember from primary school. The only craft books I had before were the scrapbooks the teachers made for each student. and mom did so for every vacation. It's a mom thing or she did it to keep us busy (fighting the boredom we never felt).

I watched the video and I think it's really cool. It will take some time to make it but this can be a great gift if you can find good quality paper to flip. It should be soft like said in the video. I'm thinking of a DIY flipbook that would make an easy present (for me) and great gift: paper, pencil, and the idea... or for a painter like @rashid001 a box with paint to make a colourful film (flipbook). A practical gift is always good. You never know if you end up with a blackout (no power).

Very interesting! It reminds me a creative job during my primary: our teacher loved flipbooks!

Mine painting jars more LOL

Ah, what a wondrous idea! I shall conjure it into reality when the celestial alignment of my schedule permits. Alas, my mind is currently entwined with the mystifying realm of family media.

As I emerge from the slumbering realm, my battery lies dormant, a victim of the dark forces of discharge. A plague upon this manual solar system! May the essence of electricity flow freely once more, and may the internet's velocity surpass the speed of a thousand shooting stars!

Great idea... You make a flipbook of thousand shooting stars shown after the blackout!
You can beat the dark forced plug the charger in the socket and there's light.

Wooo me encanta este trabajo como cobran vida y movimiento los dibujos , se ve genial solo hay que tener muy claro lo que se quiere hacer.

Gracias por mencionarme.
