Greetings to all. Hope you are all well and enjoying the engagement competitions of this season. So today I came to take an entry in the excellent engagement competition organized by this community. Here I will discuss a special restaurant in my city. It is said that each geographical region has its own specialty in taste. So this is my entry on this.

Creative work is really beautiful. There are many popular restaurants in our country where the taste of special food is available from very simple. I admire all the restaurants in my country. A few days ago I went to Rajshahi, the most popular department of Bangladesh. There is a historic restaurant there. Thousands of people come and go because it is on the side of the road. The restaurant has a lot of fun and delicious food. In fact each geographical region has its own specialties in taste. People are crazy to eat at this restaurant. So we all went there to eat. We went there and ate food that I had never eaten before. So we went there first and visited the place. I found that the atmosphere inside the restaurant is very good. So we were sitting fresh. Then I noticed the menu card of that restaurant. There is a separate breakfast menu, a separate lunch menu and a separate dinner menu.

It was late afternoon when we went to that restaurant. So we were very hungry. We went for lunch. At first we sat there freshened up and looked at the poor food menu. The place was very quiet and clean. So we saw some food there. There was a special kind of fish. That fish was a fish from the nearby sea. The name of that fish is Rui fish. Its specialty is that it is huge, tasty and almost equal to half a plate. It looked very good and I was very excited to eat it.

This fish was so delicious that the smell of this fish was different. I really liked the smell of hilsa fish with this fish. Just eating this piece of fish filled my stomach. So we had a very fun lunch there. Then we sat there for a while and had a good look inside. We noticed that there were some other yummy foods. Which are made in oily hot oil. There are different types of Samocha, Moghlai, Singara etc. Which are created directly.

This is not the end. We noticed that the restaurant has better desserts. These sweets are the highest sweets of this country and this category. These are very traditional desserts. It is not only people of Bangladesh like it, but people of different countries order from here and take it abroad to eat. So I did some photography here. The foods you see here are very strange and exotic.

There are many reasons why people prefer historical food in restaurants. Most people enjoy the historical dishes of the restaurant.

• Cultural Connection : Those historical dishes are often associated with a particular culture or region in the taste of each geographical region. Which helps people connect with their heritage and history.

• Taste and Quality Tradition : The taste of every geographical region has a special taste and quality of those historical dishes that have been proven for generations.

• Individuality : Those historical dishes are often unique and heterogeneous in the taste of each geographical region. Which becomes particularly attractive to people.

• Reliability : Foods that have been popular for many years in the flavors of each geographical region are often considered credible and reliable.

• Experience and Nostalgia : Those historical dishes often evoke old-time memories and feelings in the taste of each geographic region. Which awakens nostalgia in people. That's why I also went to the restaurant and inspected these dishes.
