On this occasion I want to take part in the 4th week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge contest with a very interesting theme. Cities, Restaurants and Food are things I really like. I'm a fan of delicious food. I can't help but talk about food and food... Just remembering it makes me so happy 😊. Thank you to the contest organizers.

I am a housewife who lives in a village far from the city. However, in my area there are several restaurants that are good to visit alone or with family because the atmosphere and place are comfortable, nice and provide a family menu of course at pocket-friendly prices. The place may be simple but feels five star.

There are 2 very popular restaurants in my area;

• Dayah kupie
• Ghattaf Coffee and Resto

From the name it is clear that it has a different theme. Here are all the things you can enjoy at these two restaurants.

Dayah Kupie

This is a restaurant that has an Islamic and Middle Eastern nuance. This restaurant also has a vision of building Dayah in Aceh. This restaurant is managed by a group of Dayah people and funds are also deposited in every payment to help develop the Dayah, "Eat while doing charity". That's the concept that has been applied so far.

This place has a luxurious atmosphere and style. Apart from indoor, outdoor is the place I like the most. Children also really feel at home here because it provides several games that children can play.

This place also has a prayer room and separate bathroom. It provides all the needs for worship and what is most impressive is the very delicious food menu. However, the price of food at this place is more expensive than other restaurants here.

Here is the only restaurant that provides typical food from other countries such as Chennai and also Nasi Mandi. There is also biryani rice but at that time they didn't include it in the list, there are various delicious menus here which can also be a recommendation for you if you want to eat here.

This place is also very instagrammable and has interesting photo spots. I like the design of the restaurant and it looks very neat and attractive. The menu I ordered is one of the most favorite menus here. We will be given premium presentation starting from plates and spoons like 5 star class. I really enjoy eating here and also spending time here. This is the best restaurant in my area.

Ghattaf Coffee and Resto

This restaurant was originally just a gas station. However, because there were no stops selling drinks or comfortable resting places, the owner built a restaurant in the gas station area with very comfortable and complete facilities (there is a prayer room and a large bathroom).

This restaurant has quite a large area and currently even has an outdoor area which is very nice for relaxing in the afternoon or holding important events such as meetings or birthday parties. Inside the restaurant there is a koi fish pond which is healthy and very fresh to the eye. Apart from that, children can also play with koi fish and enjoy food.

There are several food menus offered here, which have even become their trademark. We won't find this at any other place or restaurant in my area. The following are some of the special menus;

Apart from that, there are also other menus such as;

All the food in my area is very delicious. Each of them has its own characteristics with different themes and goals. It would be nice if there were other restaurants that opened special menus for other regions such as Indian, Bangladeshi or Arabic food. If there were, the price would definitely be very expensive.

Restaurants are not the only places selling delicious food here. Sometimes, eating food sold on carts also tastes no less delicious. I highly recommend these two places because they are comfortable and safe and have menus that are a must try.
