For making swaiyan ,these are available in market by name of pasta sawaiyan.You just need 1 cup pasta sawaiyan for making one small bowl.
After that you need half kg milk of cow or buffaloe and then you need to boil it and cook it until it gets denser but after boiling you need to add sawaiyan of one cup in milk and then it cook with milk until milk starts to get denser and then add sugar according to your taste.
It would take 15-20 minutes to cook and now desert is ready to enjoy.
