Steemit has become an inseparable part of my life. Because I think I'm addicted to it. The first thing I see when I wake up in the morning is the steemit site. Also at night before I go to sleep I check the steemit site once and go to sleep. That much has become one in my life.
Initially my husband found this steemit in his search to earn money online. He had heard about steemit from many youtube videos. But then he never had time to work online. Because he needed to see more of the physical business. As I am a graphic designer I have to spend a lot of time working online. At the same time, some days are work and some days are rest. I also went in with interest to try steemit on those free days. But steemit was very new and weird to me. Because at that time I had no knowledge about crypto currency and block chain. But after coming into steemit I came to know that I can learn everything from how to earn money from within it.

Also, Steemit cannot be earned and progressed by only one person, it requires everyone's cooperation, so where is the compulsion for us to be together with everyone. I understood that day that it is a team work. Last year 2017 I joined steemit and first I wrote poems, stories and participated in some contests and wrote my posts. I had started earning some income. So I love to work on Steemit.
Unlike other social networkers I thought it was very strange, follow a disciplinarian and a decent one. Because on other social networks, porn and violence were too much and not to be shown to children. At that time Steemit was user friendly, kid friendly and shareable with our family so I started sharing my own photos and daily life on it. And so I became somewhat famous for it.
At the time I joined Steemit, the price of steems was very high. One SBD was at a rate of around 13 USD. But then the support we got was very less. Couldn't reach that much. Also, I stayed away from Steemit for a while during Steem's steep price drop in 2018. After that when the covid-19 pandemic hit I had to spend more time online during the lockdown and I started working on Steemit again. Since then, I have been posting my posts non-stop till today.
I think anyone can succeed on Steemit with consistent hard work and quality posts. There are many examples of that and many people have achieved it here. In Steemit we don't need any investment, we can progress here with bare hands as investment. The talent we have is the investment here. I use my passion for cooking, my passion for crafting and my designing knowledge to post my posts here. It gives me a lot of support. You should first research what you have. You will get a lot of success by sharing what you know with others through Steemit.

At the same time, there is a chance here that you will get more income than you expected. I am an example of that. I don't bring anything here but I take a certain monthly income from Steemit for my family. Similarly, I have made some important expenses with my income from Steemit. For example, I helped my daughter's higher education with the amount received from Steemit. Even now once or twice a month I spend my earnings from Steemit for my family expenses.
I am getting popular with it. I've had a lot of fun with Steemit. Steemit has given me a lot of responsibilities and positions. So I am becoming famous today. True to the title of this pageant, Steem to Fame is very real in my life and I think I have become famous through it.

Hi @jyoti-thelight, it is interesting to find how you came to Steemit. You are right, at the beginning it is always difficult to know if we will stay with something for a longer time or not that is why many do not have patience and leave quite quick something that they started.
In your case, working from home and spending time working in Internet made it possible to learn more and also to learn how everything on Steemit work. I also think the reason why some people can not get all the opportunities that Steemit offers is that they do not search and read but just blogging and waiting for time that they will be discovered.
The other thing that made you to reach the stand where you are is a discipline. It should be something like our goal to be active to engage and who knows it might help us to be seen and to reach our goals.

Yes, you are right, anyone who works on steemit now becomes habit of it and I always check my account before bed and first thing in the morning I wait and to be honest I do. That I will be voted and when I am getting voted, I am very happy and as you said, it can be shown to children in, not only can it be shown but also done. Maybe because there's nothing on it that can't be shown to kids. It's a very good platform and you have a very good reputation because you've put in a lot of hard work in a very short time. You have made a lot of progress, may Allah protect you from further such developments

It is pathetic that your husband never had time to work here but his quest brought something good to your family, I believe Steemit is a place of growth and upliftment and I place my hope high, imagine steem price at that amount, I would have been a big boy, nevertheless our work here will pay, you are very industrious ma'am and your commitment has shown that.
Many got introduced to steemit during lock down but I want even aware that I could work online to earn money, I knew something like that existed but how, how? was my everyday question, and today I am here to see, we will definitely build those desired business venture when SBD is back.
