Your huckleberry and fufu corn indeed look delicious, and it's nutritious too but have been wondering if you used to swallow or chew the fufu corn? For me, I'd prefer eating the huckleberry with rice or boiled yam, plantain, or potato. Thanks for sharing your recipe with us, it is worth trying.
Hihih chew and swallow the fufu corn with huckleberry. In my country we eat huckleberry with many things , ripe boiled plantain , cocoayams but not rice .But the most desirable combination most people go in for in my location is fufucorn and huckleberry.
