All this happened as a result of James carelessness and choice of being drunk, James had gotten himself into a situation
Friday, 30th of August, James had a business contract breached and cancelled, and the same day he found out his wife was cheating on him with his brother, James couldn't bear the pain, the contract was worth future of being financially stable, and he was also a consistent and dedicated husband, he couldn't understand why all of those things happened on the same day, and on that same day on a Friday night, he went to the bar to get himself wasted. It was believed that alcohol is the only thing that eases a man's pain, while he had ordered for the strongest beer and was in the middle of getting drunk and tipsy when he saw his business partner Jonathan, Jonathan approached him and he got concerned when James under the influence of alcohol started saying a lot of things, he didn't only said his problems to his business partner whom wasn't his friend, he also leaked an important information about his company. This was the key to over powering a high and mighty company with a lot of influence. Jonathan gave a smirk and his heart was over joyed all he need to do is plant people whom can get this important document to him, Jonathan suggested that he's drinking all alone that he was heading to this club with a lot of ladies and he persuaded James, James whom was not on his right state of mind had followed Jonathan's instructions

James and Jonathan went to the club and started vibing to the atmosphere, to the music and to the women. A woman on a very red short dress just entered the club, she was the only beauty inside that club her red heels revealed her perfect long legs and her red dress was so short that it revealed her thighs but she wore a red mask not revealing her face, Jonathan whispered to James about the red beauty in the middle of their conversation the beauty walked up to James and started flirting with him, James is a very handsome man with a gigantic look, he has an almost perfect face his brows are defined that there made his face looked manly, apart from the fact that he's at his lowest. Every staff and business partner were scared of him because he always had this look of the devil irrespective of the fact that the he's very handsome. But today it's a man down.

James had already being swayed by the red beauty and looking at her almost naked body he could devour her in a second, the beauty held him by his tie to the lodge upstairs. James had followed her to the room, it was dark and red obviously a drunk man will not be able to notice anything in such an atmosphere, after the red beauty had whispered some words into her ears all of a sudden James dragged her closely removed her mask and stripped her red dress to pieces in the process his fingers had mistakenly tear her soft skin.

All of a sudden James was on the floor, and he felt so weak all of a sudden he couldn't find even move his fingers, but at least his eyes were still open but everywhere was filled with red colors and he watched as the beauty collapsed, he couldn't help himself neither could he help the beauty.

James woke up to see himself in the hospital and he was unconscious for a while but when he gained consciousness, he couldn't remember a thing while he was trying to remember what has happened yesterday. The trending news was about the high and mighty CEO whom deal and hard drugs drugged a beauty and tried to take advantage of her, everything was looking like a dream to James, the nurse whom came to attend to him saw the news and was scared of serving him his injections her hands were fidgeting cause of the so many rumors she heard about the wealthy CEO of tech and construction.

James noticed the nurse trembling, and the way she looked at him something was wrong he thought but still he kept quiet, she administered the injection into his blood stream and kept a bottle of nicotin under his blanket
The drug had taken influence on him and he had started reacting to it negatively securities and police officers were alarmed about this sudden behavior of his and there rushed him

An investigator has investigated and found out that it was drug after the doctor conducted some test on him, the police began their investigations and interrogations after he was treated, the worst part of it was that he couldn't remember a thing, he forgot everything, everything was just happening like a drama more like a soap opera.

James life was tangled, during interrogations he doesn't even know how to defend himself when he can't remember a thing, James was also inquisitive about this situation and wanted to do his findings about the situation, he couldn't remember a thing but from the news he was going to find out from the little facts, so he sent a employed a trained professional, whom was good at his job.

James put his meetings with board holders on pause, so many of his contracts were cancelled because of the information the media and press had spread around.

James was so coolest of all, he became the prime suspect of so many cases involving drugs cause if the incident, he was always in the interrogation room, the police officers were not able to get a stable information from him, his answers remain he doesn't remember a thing, the police officers thought he is trying to feign ignorance, despite the the class or this CEO he couldn't buy his way out, cause he was curious, didn't want to bribe anyone to solve the puzzle but he told the police officers that he's going get to the root of all this, he will find out if he's really all of this things claimed, as usual he barged out with his hands in his pocket looking all cool and mighty

As he was on his way out, he received a call from Tom, the professional he employed. Tom had reported to him the information he acquired, all of a sudden he rushed into his car and drove to the location where he had acquired. It was a cranky old looking shady building, no one would stay there he thought, immediately a young looking woman whom had a scarf wrapped around her neck that covered her face but it was transparent. The face looked familiar he thought. A glimpse of memories just flashed , it was brief but he had remembered the young lady in the club that day, she came out to throw her trash she seemed in a hurry and she was looking around in fear, James had looked at her closely, something was definitely going on he said inwardly,he monitored her and noticed that the lady had pretended to throw her trash just to meet someone, James captured the both of them exchanging something, there was a transaction going on. After the man handed to her something suspicious,he left , the beauty looked really sad but it seemed she had no other option.i will present a better option to you James thought,James followed the lady to her abode, she was surprised to see him standing right in front of her, all she said was please forgive me,I am sorry I wanted to save my family so badly that I did what I did.

James forced an evil smile he gestured his hands to his car,she followed him, James manipulated her into confessing everything by pretending to know all that has happened
The lady explained that she was going to drug herself by the hard drugs she received from the man,after taking a look at it,it was the same drug the police officers noticed at the club and the hospital he thought,she added, I have a recordings of everything because I know I have done the wrong thing I was going to hand it over to my younger siblings after my dead just in case there come for them she explained.

James told her she's safe that he will do everything in his powers to protect her,she should hand over all the evidences she has and pack her little belongings so he can keep her safe.the idea was nice so she brought out the pen that contained the recording of their conversation and handed it over to James,she hurriedly carried her important things on her way to enter the car she was shot , someone had followed him James carried her inside and told her to hold on,she was still alive but she was bleeding he took her belongings inside she explained the evidences were in her bag so he hurriedly removed it and drove to the nearest hospital.

She was attended to immediately, James called Tom and told him about the email he had sent to dig into an information about Jonathan his business partner..Tom did the usual and gave accurate information about him.
James contacted the owner of the club and asked him to send the CCTV camera footage about that day.
Fortunately,the CCTV camera were not erased and found out on time..all the evidences were almost complete. There needed a testifier whom was the beauty so all he needed to do was protect her.
He was going to face the court next week and his case would be judged,he already has a trusted lawyer to back him up.

But the lady was kidnapped, when James learnt about this, he smiled like the devil,cause he didn't do much
On the day of the judgement, by the court and the barrister James had handed his evidences to his lawyer
After his opponent had started their lies and all that and the lawyers were supporting the lies, James had a fixed bright smile on his face,the little congregation had started murmuring of how evil he is, the lawyer stood up and started with a little fact, the other lawyer tried to oppose,he brought out the beauty's cell phone and played the recordings everyone was shocked after all of the evidence were displayed.the opposing lawyer said it was forged and there were no witness.james lawyer ended the casewith that's why you tried to kill her, please come in he added, everyone focused their gaze at the door and she walked in with pride. James winked at Jonathan whom was sitting with the crowd, everything worked perfectly.

The beauty explained everything and how James had tried to help him but in the process she has to say the truth.
It started with the plans were she was involved in the one night stand Jonathan and his accomplice planned all of this she called their name one after the other, And she explained how she was kidnapped while in the hospital,James whom was still in the detention room knew nothing about it, but be protected her so she would be able to protect the witness and testifier, she submitted the last evidence And the CCTV camera footage was played everyone was amazed

Once again James smiled brightly with a cool look on his face,as the court had declared him innocent, not guilty of any of this crimes
Media took the information the press had uploaded everything,he was a CEO whom would do anything to make sure the truth is heard and confessed.he was honest and always stood by the truth, Jonathan couldn't get a hold of his documents either, instead the situation turned in favour to him, he divorced his wife and started getting a lot of contracts which made him not only the first world's richest but also a man of integrity.
