Recruitment Pakistan Users Program:

This program is active from when the community created. Most of other countries have significant amount of members on Steemit. But we are not looking Pakistan users in much amount. So that's why this program was started, and still running, most people joined steemit and then Subscribed Steem Pakistan community also. But some of them did not made their first post They are still learning and researching about Steemit. For this purpose a newly created image has been shared on Facebook, and in 20 + groups. Why To Recruit?

Most of people joined, and did subscribe to community, but we don't need any big amount in subscribers only. We want some more talented and hard working people to show their creativity, who can give their time to Steemit, and create a post on regular base. Because to give them a social platform of blogging, and provide them a way to earn with their skills. We will support them in posting and earning on Steemit. There is another reason to support them, we want to represent all our active members and then let them to participate in all contests by @steemitblog, which are huge grand supportive contests for easily growing for every newbie.

Our Specific Goals Or Categories Of Community.

Creative writing, photography, videos, food, and art.

Creative Writing:

It can be any thing which is written in good English, while using quality and quantity in article. Then it can be a story, novel, about business, about crypto, about any site and all things included in writing (just not any sexual content). It will be an easy category to choose, for writers. And as mentioned in Introduction of community, this community is for all Steemit. Just we are bringing more Pakistan users here.

Photography:

Photography is a mostly passion now, so this category will be great for photographers. And the photography of everything is included (just not any sexual content).

Videos:

Videos are welcome from linked YouTube or any platform. Just your post must have a play video option. Or the video can be viewed directly in your post. I will suggest YouTube link. Video can be of anything, short film, vines, memes, etc (just not any sexual content).

Food:

Food is included, to give all them a facility who can not do any thing from above. Every food recipe and any article about food, photos of food, are included.

Art:

Art is a skill which is still getting a different place in ratings. Many of art workers and sketchers we can see all around the world. So most of people have a passion in art on Steemit. Then we added another last facility for all our subscribers and active users. The art can be of anything, it can be a sketch, it can be black and white or colored. (just not any sexual content).

What Happened In Last 3 Days In Community:

This all is base on authority of creation and remoting of @steem-pakistan account, our members wanted to have authority of this account. And Admin said them "No" using his authority. It was not the big issue, for just not getting the authority of this account they left posting on Steem Pakistan community, and most of them left from the WhatsApp group. And some of them created another community, it is not any issue. we really appreciate them all. But our country representative @rashid001 is supporting them, we can not think how mature he is, after being a country representative. There are many more works for a country representative, rather than taking a side for some members and leave other members. We think this was not so big issue to leave posting on Steem Pakistan Community, which represented us and made you a country representative. The Admin have authority to use the community account, and he have authority to give the account to any of MODs.
These all reasons was effected badly on community and we are engaging with other peoples to be active in community. We are getting Subscribers regularly, but our mission is to get some active users with posting in community. And this need will not all at any maximum number of active users. We are inviting them all to come back and start your work again in community, and represent unity of Pakistan, not opposition, on small issues. Be an example for all Steeemians, as @steemalive community. We all have to do our best to work like that community.

Some Mistake Of Some Users:

When @abdt tried to get them on rules of community, some members were showing only evilness to him. And our Country Representative @rashid001 started voting their comments, this can be a miss use of authority. He is not a country representative for supporting the evilness, and to them who was not following rules.

The rule @abdt trying to tell them, to vote and comment not just do comment.

That's not how a community grow.
It was basic rule in community and the community started with not any big amount of VP, so we needed to exchange votes between us. And also it is not a wrong rule, just it is a better way to use Steemit.
And our Representative was not doing the right duty he was upvoting some of replies. He did not said a word to them, for following the rule.
