So why is that, For that reason we generally call it thought. The way we feel about another person makes us feel that person. He feels for us the way another person thinks about us. We get a treat that we think deserves to receive.
So if you / I think of myself as weak, and do not take advantage of any of my own abilities or qualifications, I'm just as weak as I think I am. If he thinks he is weak, a loser, a weakling, that is how his actions take place. Action shows how you think.

So if you want to be important to yourself, you have to feel special. They need to feel that they are important, that they are great, that they value themselves.
