"After the storm, comes the calm"... such a frequent phrase, which we often ignore, but if we pay attention to it, it can help us to see the future with hope. I relate it to one that my mother taught me: "Everything passes" and that in difficult situations has helped me by making me think that nothing lasts forever, so if something hurts you a lot, that too will pass. It's a way for me to step out of the moment and look beyond, because when you focus on your goal, it can give you strength to overcome the obstacles you encounter along the way.

My daughter was telling me today that the K-Pop musical group "Black Pink" has that name because life was not all black, nor all pink and I think it is true, in fact, it has such a wide range of colors that allows us to enjoy and suffer in unique and infinite ways, so it only remains for us to go moderating and selecting our favorite shades to recreate the landscape we want.

There are many ways to face life, everyone does the best they can, according to their ability; the answers that are obvious to many, are not necessarily so for others, besides, it is easier to see them when we are outside, so often someone we trust can give us light in situations where we feel in darkness.

Despite the inconveniences we may encounter, life is still beautiful. There are so many blessings that we receive every day, that if we are ready to accept them, they recharge our soul and feed our desire to live intensely, every challenge is an opportunity to prove ourselves, our growth is due to them.

Our attitude is paramount to make our journey on this planet more pleasant, if we learn to see the good that surrounds us, we will notice that it is much greater than what we do not like, also, if we are always grateful, we will live in abundance, it is a theory that I really believe.

Yes, it is very true, there are situations in which we cannot smile, there are moments to cry, to suffer, but more to get ahead and be happy. And I know from my own experience, that it is not so easy to find the balance, nor is it easy to find our way, or what they call destiny, but the only way to find something, is to look for it, without being paralyzed by fear or despair. As they say, whether you believe you can, or you believe you can't, you are right, so it is more useful to believe that we can, otherwise we will have lost without even trying.
