Today my health report excellent

Hello, friends today I come back here, with good news about my health condition. As you all know, the most important aspect of our lives is our physical health. To maintain my health in good condition I continuously engage in simple exercises as an older lady. In addition, I maintain a stress-free mindset. And, performing regular blood tests, I eat well-balanced, nutritious foods.

Last year, when I checked my blood test, I had high cholesterol (345 mg/dl) and a TSH of 6.94 mIU/L. Therefore, my doctor prescribed Atorvastatin Tablets 20mg daily for cholesterol and Montpellier 50 mg daily for THS. In addition, he advised me to have blood tests at least once in every three months while controlling my diet and engaging in exercising. Normally, I do not have diabetes because a normal blood sugar level is 75 to 115 ml/dl, but I always have less sugar level than 100 ml/dl.

When I checked my cholesterol, fasting blood sugar, and TSH the last time, everything was normal except the cholesterol, which was 244 mg/dl.

But when I checked it today, I am happy to say that my total cholesterol level was 193 mg/dl, HDL 48.7mg/dl. But my LDL cholesterol level was 116.3, which is slightly high. My TSH has been reduced to 2.434mIU/L. my sugar level was 98 ml/dl.

I was able to obtain such a favorable health report because I am constantly concerned about my health. Walking for 30 minutes in the morning is the most beneficial to my health. As an adult, I eat less rice and more vegetables and fruits. I also limit my sugar intake because it is more important to maintain our health. I avoid having more fast food. Fast food is extremely hazardous to our health; therefore, I strongly urge you to limit your consumption of fast food, even if it is more delicious.

Request from your parents, elderly relatives, and friends to engage in regular exercises, eat well-balanced nutritious food, and have regular blood tests to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Most importantly, tell them to avoid eating foods high in fat and sugar. Living happily is also essential for good health, which is related to all people, large or small. Remember this and live happily.
