I got my first hug from my loving mother. She taught me that hugs are a beautiful expression of affection that is full of heartfelt feelings, security, and love. She further said that people rely on human touch to make them feel alive. When she hugged me, I felt that it was not only a hug, but it was a hug full of affection and full of physical connection. It helped me to solve so many problems that I thought I couldn’t handle.
