There are so many adventure novels that go with treasure hunting. When those books turn into movies, it's all about the characters of the book. But in this movie, seems like, with the research knowledge the writer had, she has pawed the path for long-lost treasure. And that movie is"The Lost City". SRC

The Lost City is a movie mixed with adventure and comedy. There's a great balance between those two in this movie. This movie had a good Theatrical Run and now it's available on VOD. Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum play the main roles here. Daniel Redcliffe plays the villain. Also, Brad Pitt is there in the movie for about 5-10 minutes.

Talking About the Movie..

Loretta Sage is an Adventure Romance novelist who lost his husband lately. He was an archeologist. He has become a shadow in her writings. And now, her new book is to be released and as a promotion, she has to a book tour. Alan is the cover model of her book series.

In the interim, this multi-billionaire, Abigail Fairfax is trying to uncover the way to a treasure on an island. And seems like, since Loretta has the ability to translate ancient languages as she had done research with her husband. So Mr. Fairfax needs Loretta's support but seems like she's not giving in willingly.

So, Mr. Fairfax had to kidnap Loretta and with the help of GPS technology, Alan finds out where Loretta is. Seems like it's on an island. He needed professional help for a rescue mission. That's where Jack Trainer (Brad Pitt) joins the show. So will they be able to rescue Loretta and the treasure in The Lost City?? For that, you have to watch the movie.

My Experience..

Man, this movie is so alive. It's not all about Adventure. It's all about the bonding between Alan and Loretta. They're kinda getting connected while the story goes. And there's a good Chemistry between Those two. So made me feel like this story is so natural. And also, who doesn't like an adventure movie??

About Ratings..

Ratings are pretty good in this movie. It's obvious. The story is very much enjoyable. I mean, it didn't have any boring phases. It had a good theatrical run too. It has earned 165$ Million over a budget of 68$ Million. And there are almost 29K votes in IMDB. So this movie is a good one. So enjoy it..
