My Bunny

I told you that I joined a crochet class after Rasi. First we got used to basic crocheting methods like chain stitch, single crochet, double crochet, half double crochet and triple crochet. Then came the real crocheting time. Our first pattern was a bunny. I have seen @rasinkani has done this before as she joined this class before me.

There we first completed head. Then legs, hands and ears. Then we joined two legs and completed body part. Finally attached head and hands to the body. After all, ears were set to the head. Small mouth and two eyes joined at last. I wanted to add a scarf around the neck. So, I added it at last.

There we learned to change colors, to join two parts together beginning from basic crochet patterns as I mentioned earlier. When crocheting this, I have done some mistakes. But I learnt from them. I have put some parts inside out. Also I could not take increasing points into a row sometimes. I did decreases wrongly.

That is how we learn things. We cannot fly with our first try. I wanted to learn crocheting for a long time. I tried alone using YouTube videos but did not succeed. When Rasi told me about this class at the first, I did not have money to spend. Then I spoke to myself, " we should live our life before we die".

So I decided to do whatever makes me happy. Learn new things as much as possible. You do not need to be perfect. It is very much okay to do things wrong. Take your time but keep moving. My next goal is to learn sewing properly. Let's try it after this. 😍
