Hello everyone... Today I'm going to tell you about a very interesting thing that going to happen in our workplace. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, we are working under a lot of barriers. We took some hard decisions to protect our workplace from the Covid 19 virus. We didn't allow our workers to go out of the workplace. According to our new rules, all the workers should have stayed at the accommodations of site premises.

We faced some problems after introducing these new rules for the workers. But anyhow we were able to manage the situation. We expanded the capacity of labor accommodations to give accommodation facilities to all the workers. Not only that we expanded some other facilities like sanitary & welfare in parallel to the capacity of stayed workers. We provided them their daily essentials according to their requirements. We didn't allow them to go out site from the work premises & fulfilled their requirements by the staff members. So our staff members had to take new responsibilities than their normal duties. All the staff members gave their support to complete these things.

Film Hall Chairs

Some workers are working at the site since their April new year vacation end date. It means they were not seeing their family members for a time period of two months. So the mentality of them was not a satisfying level. To improve their mental satisfaction we planned some activities under the rules & regulations which effected not to spread of the Coronavirus. For Vesak Poya day we organized a very special event at the site. We made a temple at the site. It helps to heal the mentality of workers.

Sound System

Now almost a few weeks passed after that event. So we were looking forward to introducing a new entertainment thing to our workers. According to the idea of the project manager, we made a film hall at the site. All the chairs were made at the site with the help of workers. Today we are going to open the film theater. We are waiting to face this experience at the site for the first time. I think this will be helpful to everyone to relax their mind.
