Spent Sunday with Sonic and Imo man

As @imanthadd mentioned in his post, weekend is full of plans for us most of the time. Last time I saw the Sonic 2 posters outside the movie theater when I was in the bus. I didn’t know it was released. So, I searched and then we made a plan to watch the movie together.

With the fuel crisis in the country, getting transport is somewhat difficult. The number of bus and the trains has reduced. I had to wait some time for Imantha to reach Fort station. Until then I was sitting and, there was the Badulla express train stopped in near rail track. It made me want to go a trip to Badulla again. But planning trips these days is something impossible!

Sonic is a cartoon we liked from the childhood. How can we miss it when there is a movie of it. It is very interesting to watch movies at theaters with better sound effects than just watching them using the laptop.

At the end of the movie there was a little clip, I got the feeling there will be another Sonic movie in the future. Let’s wait for trailers. Doctor Strange Multiverse is also released, but we will have to watch that later.

After the movie we roamed around a bit and went to the food court also. While roaming, we went to the Miniso shop and we checked Spa Ceylon products. And there was a toy vending machine, what we see in some of the movies. All three attempts we made was failed. And we decided to give-up, unless we will have to walk all the way back to the home 😂.

We saw Mother’s Day event there. Some people have written down how they feel about their Mom. That is better. I saw lots of people share posts regarding Mother’s Day in social media. My opinion is, we need to tell it to her, hug her and kiss her to show our love and gratitude, not only post to show off. And not only in Mother’s Day. We should do it every possible day.

Overall, the day was spent nicely, but the time is limited due to the transport problems.
