Sandu's Big Day!

Today, I am going to share about the wedding ceremony of one of our own Steemit friends. This happened last Monday, the 12th. It is @sandu's big day! First of all, I must wish them a very happy future together.

So last weekend, we spent at our parents' house because it is also close to the wedding venue. Their wedding was a night function, and it was my first time at a night wedding function.

Harith and I were there by around 6:30 pm. The couple was supposed to enter the venue from a yard that is nicely decorated. There were fireworks to welcome the couple, and it was a super gorgeous moment.

Guests welcomed the couple with more and more fireworks. That was a fantastic experience for me.

Then the occasion started. Sanduni is Harith's batch mate, so there were some other friends of his at the ceremony. Our friends Rasi and Imantha were also there at the gathering.

We enjoyed the music and snacks with the welcome drink served. Dinner was also so good, and we enjoyed it a lot too.

Even though we wanted to stay till the end, we had to leave the place before it got too late at night as we had some distance to go.

But it was a perfect, elegant night, and we enjoyed it a lot. Thanks @sandu for inviting us, and wishing you all the best!
