well written. I also had a feeling of depression 5 years before. I was dizzying, too much anger even shivering when I involve in a particular thing. But inside I was strong and I spent weeks by doing gardening morning to evening to change my mind, before going to medication. There onwards I practice ignoring things if they are not fit/work for me. It made me relaxed. I stopped forcing my self to do things I don't like, even by listening to someone
Its common for everybody even me.. people should be more aware about this..thank you @randukoralage
