Cuando perseguimos un sueño debemos hacerlo con fe y esperanzas además de constancia y dedicación en el trabajo diario para lograrlo hacerlo realidad, desde hace mas de tres años estoy batallando para que la empresa donde trabajo, pueda conseguir un proyecto y lograrlo realizar, son muchos los obstáculos que se han presentado, pasando por la crisis que vive el país y luego el covid-19, pero el equipo de trabajo no ha desmayado y seguimos buscando las oportunidades, otros quizás se hubiesen rendido hace muchos meses, pero nosotros estamos decididos a seguir luchando hasta lograrlo, siempre estamos buscando las opciones para poder hacer viables los proyectos y en eso estamos hoy en día.

Tenemos la fe de que pronto podamos concretar próximamente un proyecto y así poder levantar la empresa para pretender proyectos de mayor envergadura, aunque somos técnicos que queremos hacer realidad el ver la empresa ejecutando proyectos, generando puestos de trabajo y entregando productos de excelente calidad, aunque igual seguiremos ganando el mismo sueldo es una satisfacción poder ejecutar un proyecto que rinda beneficios a la nación. Es poder lograr ejecutar una obra y ver los productos finales entregados lo que en realidad alegra el corazón, porque podremos decir que todo el esfuerzo valió la pena.

Ya cuando nos acercamos a nuestros años finales como trabajadores activos y seguir produciendo es una satisfacción que llevaremos en nuestros pensamientos hasta el último suspiro, son esas batallas las que nos dan energía para seguir de pie y buscar nuevas metas que nos sigan motivando, no todo es dinero, existen metas que llenan mucho más. El plantearse metas y sueños constantemente es un ejercicio que nos llena de vitalidad, los fracasos y proyectos fallidos tienen que ser experiencia para ir creciendo y fortaleciendo nuestras debilidades, no todos triunfan al primer intento, por ello cuando tenemos hijos los debemos dejar que jueguen y aprendan a ganar y a perder, para que estén preparados en su adultez y puedan asimilar las derrotas y aprendan a administrar los triunfos.

Hemos pasado momentos muy difíciles por la crisis que vive el país, la cual se potencia por el bloqueo del país más poderoso en la actualidad, pero en esta tierra somos hijos de Libertadores, de indígenas y africanos que lograron derrotar al imperio más poderoso de su época, mi gran Venezuela va a salir de esta crisis con Dios Todopoderoso.
