Two things influence us the most in our lives, nature and nurture. In this case or according to the discussion I'm seeing today, we would think of nurture as our environment or the things around us that are not natural or made by God. And that would include our friends, family, loved ones, social media, television, movies, etc.

Naturally, a beautiful and peaceful environment does a lot for our mindset, creating positive vibes that help us focus and think clearly, helping us grow, develop and grow as individuals. But what should we do? Then there is another one that I mentioned above. Now you can see that we may not have much control over one of them while we have quite a lot of control over the other.

Let's take a look at the things we can control to create a more positive environment for ourselves. The information you allow yourself to receive through social media, and the people you follow may not be healthy for you based on the content they create or share. Keeping photos, videos and other forms of media on your phone, laptop and other gadgets will make you feel bad.

Creating a positive environment for yourself arises from your mind, your desire to achieve such goodness for yourself, for your growth and your healing. Until you decide to do it, you know what you should and shouldn't do yet. However, for today I want you to recommend positivity to yourself, make the effort to improve yourself so that you can have an impact on those around you as well.
