Few days ago I received my spectacles I was waiting to have. I recently did a vision check because when I look at the mobile phone screen or computer screen for a long time I get eye pain and tears. The radiations emits by digital screens aren't good for our eyes and it's discomforting eyes.
While my checkup realised that it's difficult to read the really small numbers . Like it's difficult to identify 6 , 3 and 9. But the optitions said it's not a big issue and they recommended me an exercise to follow daily . In addition I had no big issues in my eyes.
The exercise they recommended was, Take a pen move the pen towards us and backward focusing on the tip. Follow this twice a day seven times , in the morning and night. My dry eye condition is the cause of this issue.
I use my mobile phone or laptop more than 6 hours a day sometimes. I was instructed by the optition to look at something far away and take frequent breaks while using the laptop or Mobile. I was always unconcerned about resting my eyes and now I feel the pain 🥺.
I bought an anti - blueray glasses with shades . It took around a week to receive. Sometimes the lens turns into blue and it turns into dark when I'm under sunlight. These glasses gives me a clear vision and it comfort my eyes.
I spent around 9000 rupees/ 45 USD for these glasses. It was quite expensive because I took a plastic frame and the lens was also expensive. But I'm ok with the quality because now I feel more comfortable while working with phone or laptop. Also it's good to wear often. If anyone of you have a similar condition but Chanel an eye specialist first ☺️

last year, I bought a new spect too..bt still i dont have any issue with my eyes. I use it while using the laptop and when I go outside in sunny weather. I don't know why it was expensive than this

The frame you have chosen are somewhat similar to mine, but they are from different brands I guess. My vision also gets worse with the screen time.

I think your investment is not bad. Now a days we are very close to different screen. Then a proper spec is really important.

I believe that whenever we purchase spectacles, Optical institutions cheat us. Once, during a new year season, I bought pair of spectacals with seasonal discount (for Rs.14,000/=). I was informed that it's normal price was Rs.20,000/=.Later (after approx. two years, I found that it cannot be used anymore. May be my vision had been weak. So, I purchased plastic both eye peaces (without frame) at Rs. 800/= from an another Optical. 😁
That's true cheaters are everywhere. I bought both plastic frame and lenses.
Even I have specs, most of the time I forget them. Sandu is used to ask me "ඇස් පේන්නෙ නැත්තේ පර්ස් එකටද?" 😅.
this one looks good. My one is also in same color. I remember many girls loved this color during my first days of specs.
this is very comfortable at sunny places. But pretty bad with photos ha haa.. you don't need to wear sunglasses anymore with this.
