INGREDIENTS:

- 125 GRS OF SUGAR
- 1 EGG
- 20 GRS OF COCOA POWDER
- A PINCH OF SALT
PREPARATION:
Beat the egg with the sugar until white, then add the butter and salt, until everything is well incorporated, add and beat little by little and add the flour and cocoa, and knead until a firm dough is left.
You will wrap that little ball in plastic wrap, take it to the refrigerator for half an hour, after that time you will take out and begin to form your cookies, giving it the shape you prefer I made them round, and form letters, everything is a matter of playing with your imagination .
And baked at a temperature of 175 degrees for 10 minutes and voila!
