You must know how delicious goat's cooking is. For those of you who have tasted this dish, you will definitely be addicted to try it again. But I prefer the mutton to be grilled as satay, because when it is made into satay, the taste of the meat is more delicious. It's different if the meat is cooked as a regular soto, of course it's not as delicious as satay.

As proof that I am a lover of goat satay, last night I went to one of the stalls in my small town. I headed to the shop with one of my two friends. This means that the three of us went to the shop. The name of the shop is a day and night shop. We arrived at the shop at 02:00 WIB. It was late at night but we still wanted to hang out at the stall because we wanted to enjoy goat satay.

When I first arrived at the shop day and night, I immediately ordered my favorite food because the grilled satay place was right in front of the entrance of the shop. We ordered as many as 30 skewers for each of us served 10 skewers. Of course this is a lot because the standard number is 5 skewers per plate. As a suitable drink for the meal we chose to order cold tea because it was the drink that was relevant at the time.

Regarding the price, I can say it's not expensive because the delicious taste makes me forget the money I have to spend. I really enjoy this dish and I can assure you that in our small town this is where the most delicious mutton satay is. But unfortunately this is my first time eating here because days ago I ate goat satay at one of the stalls near my house. Turns out I just found out that there is another place that sells goat satay in our city that is tastier than the one near my house.
