Weddings are not easy! - 5% for SL-charity

A beautiful wedding is one of the dreams of many couples, mostly girls' in fact. I like being the best man because it is the easiest way to prepare; Free suits, free shoes, some photos and so on. Since I have lots of elder cousins, I got this golden opportunity a few times and some more to come. Last week I got my third chance.

Planning a wedding is not easy. Especially in this covid situation. Plans need to be changed even 15 minutes before the Poruwa ceremony. So if you are going to have a wedding, keep in mind to have a calm and good wedding planner. No need for a professional one, but at least a friend.

This wedding was held in Rathnapura. There were two best men and both of us had to go here and there with the groom before the wedding day to arrange everything. So we had to cut our hair the night before the wedding.

Getting ready for the wedding day is easier for boys compared to the bride and bridesmaids. They had to go to the salon at 11 pm,10 hours before the wedding. That is why I told this was not easy.

The wedding was held finely but a significant amount of the invitees were not able to come because of the covid situation.

Rathnapura is indeed a great location for photographs and with a really good climate. I promised our new Akka to come again to travel and make some trouble. අලුත් නෑදෑයෝ කියල බෑ, පොඩ්ඩක් කරදර කරන්න ඕනනෙ ඉතින් 😅
