The Batman - 5% for SL-Charity

Hi everyone. Hope you all doing well. I was a bit busy the last few days because of some submissions. We were allowed to come to the hostel again from the beginning of this month.

However, there are only a few students in the hostel yet. Most of them came to do their final year projects. Our group also came to continue our project. But the power cut is very annoying. University generators are also not working because of fuel shortage. So we do our work mostly at night.

Yesterday one of our friends suggested going to watch the newly released film, The Batman. I'm a huge Batman fan and love to watch each batman film, especially Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy. So we booked tickets online in MaxX Lite cinema which is located in Kzone, Katubedda.

There were 14 of us and it was a nice experience to watch a film with a such group of friends. The hall was almost filled with people. The film was also very good, and the main actor was Robert Pattinson.

The film was more than 3 hours long, so when it finished we all were very hungry. So we had our dinner quickly and started the long walk back to the hostel. The time was around 11 pm and that walk was also very interesting. We analyzed houses, talk about dogs, discussed jobs and so many things. There's a rule to return to the hostel before 10 pm. However, the security and sub-warden didn't ask any questions and allowed us to enter the hostel, because we keep good affability with them.

At the end of the day, we all were happy and had collected lots of memories.
