Happy New Year..!

Wishing you all a very Happy New Year through my first post of the year. I hope this new year brings you all a happy and healthy life.

So, new year means a kind of a new start. We can start new things, we can plan new things, we can build new things. As well as we can forget all the unhappy or unsuccess experiences and memories. We can take a new breath to start a fresh year full of happiness. So, I hope you all agree with me. New year is a kind of point to start a new life with full of happiness.

I know you all have new plans, new hopes and many more things. I also have many plans for this year. New things are added into my 2023 bucket list. Hope you all can achieve your targets this year.

When turn back to the last year 2022, we all had a hard time from the financial aspects, health aspect and also social aspect. We all spent a really hard time in last year. I hope that was not only for us. It affected all of us in the world. And also we still don’t know what sort of things will come for this year. I hope everyone can spend this year much better than last year.

Though January 1st of this year is a Sunday, I had to work since I’m working on ME shift. As usual before starting the new year, my family used to celebrate it by doing traditional things. After that, we had our breakfast table. My mother made milk rice as usual. Most of the times she used to make special food for that breakfast and this time since we didn’t had much time she made only “Athirasa”. Though they are made quickly, the taste of those not reduced.

After having my breakfast, I started my work with a fresh mind. Since I was on annual leave for the last few days of December, I was very busy on my first day with work. I think it is better than spending the first day of the year in a lazy mood.
