Trying one of our local popular street food.

I found a food cart on the street while coming back home from work. We call the food 'Chanachur' which is one of the best local snacks. 'Chana' means chickpea and 'Chur' means 'crashed'. They put so many ingredients on a small paper cone that it came out full of favors.

It costs me only $.15 but the experience was worth it.

The seller has everything handy on the cart. You can see the ingredients, there are so many. I don't even know the names of many items. And their making process is an art. Like how swiftly they put everything on a mug, shake the ingredients to mix them properly and serve in a paper cone. It's kind of an experience to see that.

The Chanachur was spicy, tangy, and crispy. We grew up eating this almost every day. But now as we have many options so don't prefer this local food that much. Also, I don't get to see many street carts like before. So even I want to try them, I can't. Fortunately, I got the opportunity after many days.

And no need to say, I like the experience. It reminded me how much I missed eating this until I tasted it again.
