An interesting proposal brings us the friend @randulakoralage, it is about sharing our tricks to be successful in life, about which activities we develop to achieve success, grow, be better people, professionals, friends, among others. This presentation is about sharing how we manage our life.
First of all, I am going to share one of my professional secrets that have led me to be successful in my field of work.
Be courteous
As a Business Consultant, I have the responsibility of guiding people who have the responsibility of directing companies or organizations, in some processes in which they are involved, in addition to developing work plans to achieve the substantial improvements that my clients want to obtain .
In this sense, my first action is to "Listen" to your situation and do a first activity at no cost, a professional courtesy. With this I get my potential client to observe my work, evaluate the effectiveness of an action and generate "Trust". Of course, in some cases, the situation is easy to handle and the problem does not transcend major complexities, which is why it is not necessary to hire my services (it is part of the risk). But giving that courtesy allows me to learn more about my clients, and always, one way or another, I end up earning more.

Secondly:
Help everyone I can in a selfless way
In my work activities, whenever I vacate I go through the jobs of my colleagues, regardless of the position or activity they develop, I observe what they do and if I notice that someone has a problem I try to help, if someone needs a hand in I don't think about it much at a certain moment, I help him, in this way I have met many people with whom I have worked and it has helped me to achieve improvements in their working relationship, and it is something that makes me proud, helping others grow.
In third place:
Be part of a non-profit organization.
In this last activity, the fact of sharing your time, your knowledge, with causes that seek an objective that benefits a community, a city, or a country, in a way that impacts its results, that generates changes in attitude to good (positivism), personal growth, preservation and care of the environment and animals, are activities that manage to cultivate many friendships, that teach you to see beyond the monetary value of things, that make you be the protagonist of a change, of progress.

The sensation of knowing that some things were done because you helped is extremely extraordinary, a beautiful tree that grew and bears fruit and shade in a park because you planted it; that young people spend their free time in productive activities instead of wasting it on other useless things; see how a young man gets a sports scholarship because you supported a minor league for years; improve the living conditions of the elderly in a nursing home because you helped paint their walls, clean their gardens, help them take one shift every 15 days; enjoy a clean beach because you helped clean its coast; see that the neighbors can walk calmly without being aware of stray dogs that can bite them because you helped rescue several dogs in a street situation and took them to a specialized center for it; and so many things that can be done.
Although these activities suddenly do not fill the pockets, they do fill the soul, the spirit of satisfaction for helping to make this a better world.

Una interesante propuesta nos trae el amigo @randulakoralage, se trata de compartir nuestros trucos para ser exitosos en la vida, sobre cuales actividades desarrollamos para lograr tener éxito, crecer, ser mejores personas, profesionales, amigos, entre otros. Esta presentación se trata de compartir como administramos nuestra vida.
En primer lugar les voy a compartir uno de mis secretos profesionales que me han llevado a ser exitoso en mi campo de trabajo.
Ser cortés
Como Consultor de Empresas, tengo la responsabilidad de orientar a personas que tienen la responsabilidad de dirigir empresas u organizaciones, en algunos procesos en los cuales se encuentran encerrados, adicional a ello, desarrollar planes de trabajo para lograr las mejoras sustanciales que mis clientes desean obtener.
En este sentido, mi primera acción es "Escuchar" su situación y hacer una primera actividad sin costo, una cortesía profesional. Con esto logro que mi potencial cliente observe mi trabajo, evalúe la efectividad de una acción y generar "Confianza". Claro, en algunos casos, la situación es fácil de manejar y el problema no trasciende a mayores complejidades, razón por la cual no se hace necesario contratar mis servicios (es parte del riesgo). Pero dar esa cortesía, me permite aprender más de mis clientes, y siempre, de una manera u otra, termino ganando más.
En el siguiente video les cuento cómo me hice consultor de empresas.
En segundo lugar:
Ayudar a todo el que pueda de manera desinteresada
En mis actividades laborales, siempre que me desocupo me paso por los puestos de trabajo de mis compañeros, indistintamente del puesto o actividad que desarrollen, observo lo que hacen y si noto que alguien tiene algún problema trato de ayudar, si alguien necesita una mano en un momento determinado no lo pienso mucho, lo ayudo, de esta manera he conocido a muchas personas con las que he trabajado y me ha servido para lograr mejoras en su relación laboral, y es algo que me enorgullece, ayudar a crecer a los demás.
En tercer lugar:
Ser parte de una organización sin fines de lucro.
En esta última actividad, el echo de compartir tu tiempo, tus conocimientos, con causas que procuren un objetivo que beneficie a una colectividad, a una ciudad, o a un país, de una manera que impacte en sus resultados, que genere cambios de actitud para bien (positivismos), crecimiento personal, preservación y cuidado del ambiente y de los animales, son actividades que logran cultivar muchas amistades, que te enseñan a ver más allá del valor monetario de las cosas, que te hacen ser protagonista de un cambio, de progreso.
Es sumamente extraordinaria la sensación del saber que algunas cosas se hicieron por que tú ayudaste, un hermoso árbol que creció y da frutos y sombra en un parque por que tú lo sembraste; que jóvenes ocupan su tiempo libre en actividades productivas en vez de desperdiciarlo en otras cosas sin utilidad; ver cómo un joven logra una beca deportiva por que apoyaste durante años a una liga menor; mejorar las condiciones de vida de los ancianos en un asilo por que tu ayudaste a pintar sus paredes, limpiar sus jardines, ayudas a atenderlos un turno cada 15 días; disfrutar de una playa limpia por que tu ayudaste a limpiar su costa; ver que los vecinos pueden caminar tranquilos sin estar pendientes de perros callejeros que los puedan morder por que tu ayudaste a rescatar varios perros en situación de calle y los llevaron a un centro especializado para ello; y así tantas cosas que se pueden hacer.
Si bien, estas actividades de pronto no llenan los bolsillos, si llenan el alma, el espíritu de satisfacción por ayudar a hacer de este, un mundo mejor.

You know, this kind of people are rare. Most of people don't understand the benifits of keep motivating their collegue. If we loss our team, we'll go down. In other hand, looking at others happiness is the real satisfaction for a life.
By reading your story I further verified that theee human are the most important resource of business.

Amigo @fjjrg, de todas las publicaciones que he visto hasta ahora, y dentro de todos los consejos o secretos para el éxito que se han compartido, tengo un especial agrado por el suyo de pertenecer a una institución sin fines de lucro.
Los motivos que ud expone, sobre el hecho de hacer algo extraordinario para otros, donde se demuestre un crecimiento, un valor agregado, donde gracias a esa actividad donde ud participó otras personas, una comunidad o algunos animales pudieron notar un cambio positivo y el ver la cara de felicidad de esas personas, eso no tiene precio.
Una excelente cualidad humana. }
