I eat 5 times a day.
Breakfast (the most important meal).
Snack (10am) a fruit
Lunch: protein + carbohydrates
Snack 4pm: something light (cookie, a piece of cake or something similar)
Dinner: Light meal. No carbohydrates.

7 hours of sleep.

It really works.

People think sleep is not important. Wrong!
The hours of rest allow us to be more productive and more creative.
