Breakfast (the most important meal).
Snack (10am) a fruit
Lunch: protein + carbohydrates
Snack 4pm: something light (cookie, a piece of cake or something similar)
Dinner: Light meal. No carbohydrates.
7 hours of sleep.
It really works.
People think sleep is not important. Wrong!
The hours of rest allow us to be more productive and more creative.
Without health there is nothing. I put it at the end but it can go at the beginning.
