Days without current

Hi friends!

I am back after a few days. I could not write a lot these days because of the power cuts throughout the day. I am in university these days. We were summoned here to do practicals and also we are having some physical exams after a long time.

We are having daily power cuts in our country these days. Sometimes it is for 13 hours. Yes of course, there are only 24 hours in the day. We only have power in only 10 hours in such days. There is plenty of work to do when there is electricity. So we cannot allocate all the time for studies when there is current. And yes, we need to sleep too. So we are having much problems these days.

But fortunately, we are in the university now. So, we are having lesser problems than the other friends from the other departments who are at home. They cannot manage to do their work with these power cuts. But we are a little bit luckier than them. There are places in the university where they give electricity by generating them using diesel. The library and some of the canteens are places that are very popular among students during those hours. Even the students who don’t have any sessions at university, come here and study.

We too also went to the canteen to study in some days. One day while we were studying suddenly lights were off. We looked everywhere and saw that there was electricity in one of the other canteen. We don’t know the issue, but current came again after few minutes. In that time, we light the torches in our phones and we put a water battle on the top of one. We found it attractive.
