Khalid Mill Harappa

Today I am going to pin Khalid Mill on the Steam Atlas, which is located in the traditional village of Harappa, 1/10-L Garibabad. In our village, it is known as Khalid's Mill, where we get our wheat converted into flour. We get the wheat cleaned. We get mustard oil extracted or we get the rice sorted and cleaned.

Since this is a small village mill built in the village style, it has not been renovated very well, but all the facilities are available here. As you can see from the exterior, it is not very beautiful, but here you are provided with every high-quality service. A solar system is installed on it. This mill is very famous for grinding wheat. People from the entire village bring their wheat here, get it cleaned, and after cleaning, they convert it into flour. This mill was built for this purpose, and when it was initially started, there was only one mill here.

As the development progressed, new machines were added to the mill. Just as there was only one machine in the mill that made flour from wheat, it was further renovated. Inside it was this machine from which we could clean our wheat. We put the wheat on its upper side. There are nets at the bottom. Your wheat comes out by passing through these nets, which removes the soil and other unnecessary things present in your wheat. Inside it is a fan that blows all the unnecessary things out with the air.

Similarly, progress continued slowly, and then they brought a machine with which we extract mustard oil. The oil that is converted from the mustard seeds is installed here, which you can see in the pictures. Since the villagers like to eat healthy food, they bring their mustard seeds here and get fresh oil extracted from them, which is much better than the oil in the market. Take special care of your health and use this mustard oil so that you can avoid all the things containing chemicals.

Then further development took place; they added new machinery. The most important thing here is that they installed a machine to extract rice. When we harvest the paddy crop, we store this grain at home, and after storing it at home, we put it in the sun. After drying, we bring this grain here. Here they put it in a machine, and it goes through two different types of machinery and cleans our rice, and the rice is brought to us in a fresh state.

Similarly, there is a strainer here, with the help of which we have to put the extracted rice into it. In front of it, there are three more types of nets. Passing through these nets, the rice reaches the end. Those that are half rice are collected in one place. Those that are the smallest rice are collected in one place. And those that are solid rice reach the front. In this way, we change our rice into three different positions. In the past, women used to do these things separately while sitting at home. Now, machinery has come along, and this work can be done in a matter of days or hours.

As I told you, this mail is especially famous for its flour because wheat is made from flour here. So, the people who bring their wheat here have their names written on the bags, and they write down the weight of it in a notebook. Then they make it into flour and put it together on one side, and their names are written on it. The customer comes, picks up the bag with his name, weighs it and takes it away.

Since it is very important to weigh whatever we bring here, they have put two types of measurements here; one is digital measurement and one is manual measurement. Digital measurement means that it tells you digitally how much it weighs; it even tells us in points.

And similarly, there is manual measurement as well. You have to place the object on it, and you have to manage the weight on top of it yourself. You have to set the contact based on the weight.

These are all the machines that are present inside the mill and give these benefits to the people. Moreover, this is a traditional mill. There is no special place to sit here, but there are cots available in the village. These cots are used as seats here. Some chairs are also available here. Using these chairs, customers can sit comfortably under the fan and wait for their turn.

As I told you, a solar system has been installed here, thanks to which the rates of these things are low, and they run their machinery on solar all day long, and the entire solar system is here in which solar electricity has been supplied to all the machinery by installing a good inverter and doing good wiring.

On the left side of the main gate, we see a small washroom, which is there for the convenience of the staff here and the customers coming in. Another water pump has been installed here to supply water to all kinds of places.
