EMPRENDER SIN DINERO/ UNDERTAKE WITHOUT MONEY [ESP/ENG]

Es un tema bastante amplio, que puede sonar imposible y complicado pero realmente no lo es, todo se trata de táctica y de querer emprender. Cuando comencé mi negocio de repostería no tenía realmente un buen capital para invertir así que la situación estaba muy ruda, porque ¿Como compras materia prima para tus productos, sin un capital súper amplio? Así que yo les voy a contar cómo, o por lo menos como yo lo hice en Venezuela. Creo que mundialmente se sabe que la economía de Venezuela actualmente no es una de las mejores y eso es un factor que suele ser muy limitante pero sin embargo muchos venezolanos se las ingenian para emprender y creo que la importancia está ahí el ingenio y las ganas.

Comencé mi negocio con 15$, que en ese momento era mucho dinero para mí, pues no los tenía, esos 15$ fueron mi capital de inversión para comprar un kilo de harina, medio cartón de huevos, un kilo de azúcar, una bolsa de 400gr de leche, una mantequilla de 500gr, un queso crema de 225gr, 100gr de canela y 900gr de azúcar glass. Comencé mi emprendimiento horneando roles de canela con una capital invertido de 15$, no tenía clientes, no me conocía nadie, pero motivación no faltaba y miedo tampoco JAJAJAJ, porque les mentiría si dijera que no tenía miedo. Una de las cosas que más me aterraba era no tener ventas y perder esos 15$, porque emprender sin dinero no es fácil, da nervios, pero si hay constancia, les juro que tendrán buenos resultados

Algo que hacía que mi negocio se complicará es que tampoco tenía un horno grande así que me tocaba hornear en un mini horno y lo que se horneaba en un horno grande en 40 minutos a mí me tomaba 5hrs, era demasiado agotador, tenía que estar en la cocina super pendiente de los roles porque si me descuidaba por el tamaño del horno de quemaban y sería una perdida de material, créanme no es un trabajo fácil pero siempre hay que buscarle la solución a las cosas ahogarnos en un vaso de agua no es la solución.
