I get them there too from time to time. But it's just kind of a fun experiment to translate ebay into SM cards without using a crypto exchange, and I'm using any liquid steem to upgrade my Beta cards.

I think people who funded the kickstarter in the top tiers are probably selling them at that price.

    Also DEC prices flucuate so people can to arbitrage using steem-engine. Buy a ton of packs when DEC value is cheap and sell the packs back at a profitable price to gain either more DEC or Steem. Just past couple of days DEC was worth upward of $0.008
