| Enfocándonos en el tema le puedo decir que yo @fariasrouse considero a Steemit como mi Nuevo Empleo porque está plataforma abriendo las puertas a muchísimas personas a nivel Mundial dándole no solo ingresos sino también conocimientos en todas la áreas, tu vez cuál es tu fuerte y hay puedes desarrollar tu capacidad e intelecto. |

Considero a Steemit como mi Nuevo Empleo porque aquí invierto tiempo, esfuerzo y dedicación, está parte nunca la imaginé yo ser mi propio jefe porque yo me organizo y pongo reglas, me enfoco establecer una visión y objetivos como toda estructura empresarial. |
| Yo organizo mi tiempo en la mañana enfoco que tema voy a realizar, ubico en cada colmena las estructuras de cada una los pasos y reglas. Luego de definir mis objetivos, paso a investigar sobre el tema, e indagar, aprender y conocer para poder desarrollar el tema, prosigo elaborar la estructura de mi blog y por último luego de desarrollado el tema a definir me dedico a corregir todo el procedimiento para poder enviar a la plataforma eso sí con objetivos de calidad, esto no quiere decir que no me he equivocado pero he ido creciendo cada día más por sus consejos amigos steemianos y steemianos o mejor dicho colegas. |

Las ventajas que ofrece la plataforma es ser tu propio jefe, está a la alcance de tu manos y puede disfrutar de ello haciendo trabajo de calidad para todos. Como desventajas en mi punto de vista sería que no sea tomada en cuenta, que mis amigos no me dieran críticas constructiva que esto me permita mejorar mi trabajo cada día. |
