On this post I will be giving out a traditional recipe of this Akwaibomites in Nigeria which is "Otòmboro". It is an healthy and nutritious food given to pregnant women, nursing mothers, growing children and anybody. It has so many importance, amongst them are: helps a postnatal woman to regain back her body and shape, helps children grow healthy body, bones and teeth and many more. Now let's go into the my recipe for making this healthy food.
Ingredients
For this traditional recipe I will be using the following ingredients:
Unripe banana (this is what is best for this recipe)
Periwinkle (this ingredient makes the enjoyment go viral in your body)
Dry fish
Pepper
Crayfish
Red oil
Onions
Pumpkin leave for garnishing
Seasoning cubes and salt to taste

Pill, wash and crate using a crater or a food processor. Marinate it with salt and seasoning cube for 5 - 10 minutes

In a pot of boiling water add your chopped onions and cook for about 3 minutes
Then add all other ingredients except salt (if salt is added at this point the meal will not come out well) and let them boil for 2 minutes.
With your hands washed, mold the marinated Unripe banana in tiny lumps and allow it to cook and solidify for 5 minutes.
Lastly add your salt to taste(add little of it because it was used to marinate the banana) and then your vegetable that is pumpkin leaves or anyone you prefer.
And our delicious traditional meal Otòmboro is ready, it's so easy to make right? Hope someone tries it out and thank me later.
Am inviting @celebliss @ itymartin and @abiphill to participate in this contest
