Travelling is one of my hobbies. I love to visit a new place to enjoy different culture, food, weather and the people. I have visited a number of places like Goa, Delhi, Mysore, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and so many places in India. In all my travel journey, I enjoyed my stay in Ahmedabad because of the people, culture, food and the dresses.
Ahmedabad is western India, is the largest city in the state of Gujarat. It is also known as Amdavad. The city of famous tourist attractions and for its world-famous cotton textiles.

The city of Ahmedabad has a different charm in different seasons. I will give the breakdown of the weather of the city.
Winter is the best time to visit Ahmedabad as the weather is mild and pleasant and is a great time to enjoy the sights of the city. Winter ranges from November to February. When visiting Ahmedabad during this period should go with Woolen clothes because evenings tend to be cold.

Summer in Ahmedabad begins in March and end in May. The crowds begin to reduce and you can enjoy the city all to yourself. This is also a good time to secure great deals on hotel tariffs. It is very important to travel with light cotton clothes and sunscreen along.

The monsoons are another great time to visit Ahmedabad since the temperature drops and you can enjoy the city in its. The maximum temperature during the monsoons in Ahmedabad is 30 degrees Celsius. When visiting Ahmedabad during monsoon it is very important to carry umbrella or raincoat along.

Sabarmati River which runs through the center of the city is a very good sightseeing place to visit in the city. The river displays the spiritual leader’s living quarters and artifacts. It is one of the major west-flowing rivers in India. It originates in the in the Aravalli range of the Udaipur district of Rajasthan and meets the Gulf of Khambhat of Arabian Sea after travelling 371 km in a south-westerly direction across Rajasthan and Gujarat.

This is me when I visited Sabarmati river. It feels good to hear water clap and feel the gentle breeze.

Across the Sabarmati river, the Calico Museum of Textiles, once a cloth merchant's mansion, has a significant collection of antique and modern fabrics. A variety of world-famous cotton textiles and beautiful dresses at a very cheap rate.

This is fashion street in Ahmedabad. Clothes can be purchased at a very cheap rate and there are varieties of dresses ranging from traditional dresses , sport wears, Denims, Suits and blazers and western dresses.
There are variety of mouth-watering snacks, foods, fruits and other edibles. There isn’t just one food item that Ahmedabad is famous for Gujarat. Food items like Khakhra, Fafda, Dhokla, Thepla, Dalvada, Dabeli, Sev and Farsan are some of the most popular food items in Ahmedabad.

Coffee in Ahmedabad are made from natural coffee leaves and it is very tasty.

Ahmedabad is famous for many things, including brilliant restaurants, thrilling night markets, excellent museums, fascinating buildings, and thrilling nightlife. If you have booked Ahmedabad flights and going to explore this amazing city, then you must know the things for which it is famous. Also the hotel rooms are very affordable and comfortable with Swimming pool. A trip to Ahmedabad is very pocket friendly and worth the visit.
