Traveling is a pleasure that all people should give us, traveling is joy, it is fun and it is culture.
I want to invite you to visit a town called "Guatapé", this is located in the east of the state of Antioquia in Colombia.
Guatape, is color and joy! let's meet him!
To get to Guatapé we must first get to the Jose Maria Cordoba International Airport, this is in the municipality of Rio Negro.

After arriving in Rio Negro we must take a taxi to Guatapé, it is the most direct way, the price of the taxi from Rio Negro to Guatapé is approximately 200,000 pesos (187 steem).

The stone of the peñol is the main tourist attraction of this place, to climb it you have to overcome 702 steps, the view from its top is unbeatable.
The reservoir of the town of Guatapé allows us a beautiful and quite photogenic view.
This reservoir was built after the demolition of the old town of El Peñol.
The waters were given freedom and from this change a new town was built.
The color of its waters is beautiful, the best view is from the Peñol stone, which I showed you in the previous photo.
Because it is a tourist town, we will find handicraft sales, they are mostly colorful and refer to the tastes of Colombians.
Bags, magnets, hats, key chains, sunglasses, home decorations are the main things you can find to take as souvenirs on your trip. Prices vary, you can get travel souvenirs from 5,000 pesos (4.6 steem).
In its central square you can enjoy a fountain and cafes and restaurants to eat, the main food being fish called tilapia, which is grown in these waters.
The climate of Guatape is cool, occila from 14°C to 24°C, it is a town where a lot of humidity is perceived in the environment.

Guatapé is a very touristy place, very safe for tourists, the people of this town make tourists feel at home by offering all kinds of services for fun and rest:
- Boat ride through the reservoir
- Restaurant-boats
- Jet ski rides
- Hotels, eco hotels, glampins, hostels
- Tourist walks throughout the town, including green areas
- Walks along the boardwalk
- Walks through gastronomic routes to discover the typical food of the area.
Guatape is beautiful, it is a tourist destination that is worth knowing!

Me encantó Guatapé, me gustaría tener la oportunidad de visitarlo, aunque me queda bien lejos, pero no pierdo las esperanzas de conocerlo.
Me encanta la variedad que tiene para ofrecer ese hermoso pueblo.
Sin duda lo disfrutaría muchísimo, me encantaron esas fotografías amiga.

Thank you for inviting us to Guatapé in the country of Colombia.Colombia is great country in the South American continent.This country has a lot of football stars like Falcao,James Rodriguez and Diaz.
The reservoir in Guatapé,the waterfalls and the place of handicraft bags are all beautiful places to behold abd visit.I will try to visit that place next year.Hopefully.

Se ve que es un gran lugar, y la verdad me haz convencido en algún momento espero visitarlo y poder disfrutar mucho unas vacaciones por ese lugar, un buen lugar para llevar a la familia o al equipo de #Colombia-Original jajajaj, pero que no venga @arnoldog25 con que viene con una carretilla jajaja, éxitos en el cocnurso.

Que lindo lugar, meses atrás estuve leyendo sobre ese lugar y me llamó mucho la atención, el ver todo desde esa altura debe ser muy hermoso, es una piedra muy alta creo que subiría los 702 escalones para vivir esa experiencia 😊
