The prayer is worship of God. Indeed, the scientific study of prayer improve the human's mental health and physical health. The prayer is found to reduce the mental stress and anxiety. When we offer the prayer it gives a sense of comfort and relaxation. The prayer enhances the feelings of hope. It creates a sense of strong connection between Allah almighty and the person which offer the prayer. The prayer can remove negative thoughts from our lives and gives us a sense of positivity. The positive impacts of the prayer on mental health are it reduces stress, anxiety and depression. The prayer creates a strong relationship between the person and Allah Almighty. It gives us strength in our difficult time because we trust on ALLAH Almighty and gives us a sense of relaxation. Practicing regular exercises can reduce the feelings of loneliness and can reduce mental stress.

The regular exercises improve the mental health as it is helpful to improve the functions of the health of the heart, it increases the strength of the muscles and improves the physical fitness. It gives a positive impact on the mental health as it reduces the stress and anxiety. The regular physical exercise is helpful to improve the quality of sleep and improve the functions of memory. The regular exercise is helpful in reducing the stress in that way as it increases the neurotransmitter production such as dopamine it is helpful to regulate mood. The practice of regular exercises improve the memory functions as it allow us to think about positivity and a sense of pleasure.
