In this edition, we will turn our attention towards our favorite coaches. As much as we like and admire them for their hard work and great tactics, there is always at least 1 strategy/selection we tend to disapprove.
The more we follow the matches of our various team's, the more we identify potential changes the could possibly transform our teams into unbeatable ones. What modification will you then suggest to be made by your favorite coach?

Al ser testigos de varios partidos en el mundo del fútbol, tendemos a admirar algunas de las tácticas que utilizan ciertos entrenadores de fútbol. Sin embargo, como también son humanos, la estrategia de ningún entrenador es 100% eficiente. Por eso están abiertos a las sugerencias de sus entrenadores de asistencia. Ahora bien, aquí está el desafío de hoy:

If I would meet my favorite coach Zinedine Zidane , I would suggest the following :
I would suggest him to urge players to play more attacking rather than maintaining ball possession by passing ball when they could have done intelligent passes and forward/ wingers doing smart runs. Lately , I just see blind crosses by wingers which doesn't even get to the box accurately.
Changing the formation to involve midfielders more into attacking that helps to create more chances to the forwards to scoring goals or making smart passes to the winger to supply ball to the forward. Lately, midfielders are just making normal passes , they are not creating any chances.
For the defense - Suggesting wingers / forwards at least return back to their center half and mark the players. Improving man marking and defense is a must that he should tell to the players. Lately , all I can see defenders jogging, no man marking / awareness and no good defense conceding silly goals in crucial matches.
Finally, be intelligent with subs. Players missing goals, not creating chances, not making smart runs are playing for 90+ mins. Make changes , bring fresh legs on field and experiment with new players synergy.

El Profesor Alex Alberto García King, se desempeña actualmente como director del equipo "Zulia Futbol Club". Es un entrenador Colombo Venezolano, exfutbolista, jugaba como portero.
Con más de 30 años de experiencia dirigiendo escuadras de fútbol, gran participación de torneos y algunos records alcanzados, sería poco lo que se podría aconsejar.
Sin embargo, como vemos los toros desde la barrera, la perspectiva es diferente, en consecuencia, yo le aconsejaría que buscara mayor velocidad de ataque, que ubique a Kevin Palacio
como delantero derecho, es mucho más veloz que Mayer Vidal, mientras que éste último es más resistente para subir y bajar la cancha, además Palacio dribla y escapa más rápidamente de sus oponentes, mientras que Vidal
tiene el donde colocar la esférica donde se necesita estar.
Ese sería mi consejo.

en la mayoría de los clubes se manejan diferentes táctica que pueden generar un cambio de juego por parte del entrenador.
pero voy mas allá para que esto ocurra .la mejor táctica que pueda haber dentro de un club y para que sea exitoso es el ambiente que puede llegar a generar ese director técnico ,la confianza que pueda brindarle a sus jugadores, a veces yo le diría que la mejor táctica es que le brinde liderazgo al equipo y que le brinde su confianza 100% a sus jugadores , que sea su mejor amigo dentro y fuera de la cancha , la motivación juega un papel fundamente en el campo , y fuera del campo , la táctica son buenas pero para que se efectúen estas tácticas tiene que haber una mentalidad positiva dentro del jugador y del equipo , el fútbol no solo se basa en el esquema o estrategia ,tácticas también se basa en lo mental y lo anímico de cada jugador, le digo a todos los entrenadores brindenles la confianza a su jugadores y motivenlos para que todos los esquema de juego que se planteen en el juego funcionen de manera positiva.

Am a barcelona fan, and i love their coach Ronald Koeman, what i will tell him is that he shouldm't depend on only messi, he should try and play without him and also give young players chance.

Yo le diría a José Peseiro entrenador del equipo nacional de la vinotinto selección de Venezuela y a todo su cuerpo técnico de entrenadores que se debe dar importancia a todos los jugadores y preparar a los menos experimentados como si fueran a jugar el último partido del campeonato para que estos jugadores puedan crecer y la selección crezca en cuanto a estrellas y talentos cotizados para avanzar en la copa mundial de futbol y por otro lado se debe evitar rivalidades entre el cuerpo técnico y las estrellas de la selección más bien deben ponerse de acuerdo para no bajar los ánimos de las jugadores de la selección que son buenos prospectos para ser las próximas estrellas de futbol mundial, y así garantiza un ambiente de un equipo ganador.

My favorite coach is Josep Guardiola Sala. He was also the coach of Bayern Munich &Barcelona. He is now in charge of English club Manchester City. He is a very good coach. He can mix with the players in a friendly way. I am fascinated by his personality.
