Today, I present the 19th edition of our daily mini challenges here in our community. This activity is meant to promote engagement within our community and also contribute to the smooth and healthy growth of our curation ability. I hope this also improves the creative ideas of members in this community.

Hemos visto situaciones en las que los directores de fútbol se desesperan antes de los partidos debido a la ausencia de ciertos jugadores clave. Esto puede ser debido a una lesión, covida u otros eventos desafortunados. Si tuvieras que entrenar a uno de tus jugadores de la academia para que se incorpore a tu plantilla principal en un solo día, ¿qué ajustes harías?

First I would adjust formation so that that it could require less key players position that reduce current problem a bit. Then, next step would be filling key player's position by academy players and since I have to chose by one day , then definitely I would go for that player that has confidence, skills, hardworking and overall good attributes that major squad's players can rely on. That one day, I would give him a important drills , techniques and hold a discussion with senior teams so that they can better understand each other.
Excellent! Coaches always focus on how well these players fit together...
The first thing I did was directly with the first physical management because if the players had physical, of course he would be very strong to play even though it could be that 90 minutes did not feel for him even though when children were usually played only 20 minutes of the round
After everything has been walking only, we form or foster the young players to enter the academy and that's where we will train them mentally and also physically and also for their very good future.
Great point! Player must have had prvious training so physicals sounds about right...
There's not a lot you can do in a day, so for me, it would have to be instilling a sense of belief. You're playing because you're good enough, you're there on merit. Go out and enjoy yourself, you've worked hard and waited a long time for this day which will be the first of many. This is another beginning for you.

Es interesante pero supongo que si el jugador va a la primera plantilla debe ser talentoso, yo me centraría darle ánimos, apoyarlo en lo psicológico y a enseñarle a tomar decisiones según las circunstancias.
El debut en ocasiones es difícil para lo jóvenes jugadores por eso darle la confianza y enseñarle lo anterior menciona es clave para el buen desenvolvimiento del jugador.
Encouragement can be one of the key aspects of good performance.
For me I will just put more confidence in the player, I will tell the player that I'm training him because I know that he's good enough to deliver

As a coach,I Will talk him up, impacting positive words on the players,a sense of I can do it mentality, build confidence on the player, telling him go out and make it happen...

I would only encourage him. My words might be something like, "hey lad, you know you've come a long way, right?. There were plenty of you in the academy but we picked you because we know of your capabilities. You're grown now and fit to play in the league. Just give them your best, give the team your best. Do what you do best, alright? You gotta show them why we brought you here ok? Good luck lad, don't let me down, you!"
